Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the EasyPeasy Booking Pro licence purchased from easypeasybooking.irish. The free plugin is licensed under GPLv2 or later.

1. The Free Plugin

EasyPeasy Booking (the free plugin) is open-source software released under the GNU General Public License v2 or later (GPLv2+). You may use, modify, and redistribute it in accordance with that licence. The free plugin is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

2. The Pro Licence

EasyPeasy Booking Pro is a commercial add-on for the free plugin. Purchase of a Pro licence grants you:

• A single-site activation licence for one (1) WordPress installation.
• Access to all Pro features described at the time of purchase.
• Software updates and bug fixes for the duration of the licence year.
• Priority email support at hello@easypeasybooking.irish.

3. Licence Term & Renewal

Pro licences are annual. Your licence key activates on the date of purchase and expires 12 months later. Renewal at the current price is required to continue receiving updates and support. The plugin will continue to function after expiry but will not receive new updates.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with EasyPeasy Booking Pro within 14 days of purchase, email hello@easypeasybooking.irish for a full refund, no questions asked. Refunds requested after 14 days are at our discretion.

5. Prohibited Uses

• You may not share, resell, or distribute your Pro licence key.
• You may not activate the Pro licence on more sites than your plan allows.
• You may not reverse-engineer or attempt to circumvent licence validation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Irish and EU law, easypeasybooking.irish shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the plugin. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your current licence year.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ireland.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email to active licence holders. Continued use of the Pro plugin after changes constitutes acceptance.
